Custom Thermoplastic Injection Molding Services

We’ve been a quality provider of custom thermoplastic injection molding services for over 40 years, servicing customers across many industries. We manufacture custom injection molding and insert molding products from engineered thermoplastics, with fillers such as fiberglass and minerals, as well as additives like UV stabilizers, flame retardant materials and EMI shielding.

Thermoplastics become pliable or moldable above a specific temperature, and then return to a solid when cooled. When heat is added thermoplastics become soft, remoldable and weldable.

Our thermoplastic injection molding capabilities allow us to manufacture products in shot sizes up to 6 ounces.  All of our custom processes can maintain tolerances as low as ±.001″ and parts are monitored  throughout the day by in process inspectors.  We also offer many secondary services such as drilling, tapping, assembly, grinding, painting, ultrasonic inserting, post baking,  and will provide custom  packaging to our customers.

For more information on all of our custom injection molding capabilities see the table below
